adds `BlackForestLabsImageGenerationService` for image generation via `BFL FLUX` APIs, including request normalization, endpoint selection, polling, and metering. Updates `PuterAIModule` to register the new service, adds bfl cost map to metering, and extends `AI.js` to route requests to bfl based on model or driver hints. Also adds new parameters to `AIInterfaceService` for expanded image generation options.
