Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
User can create reusable templates in CohortBuilder. The ability to drop these templates in at extraction time too would be great. That means we don't have to maintain 2+ definitions and there is always a main 'correct' template that can be used whether for cohort building or extraction
