ChatPulse

A chatting app made in React Native.

Features:

• Real-time communication with users
• Typing status indicators
• Online status visibility
• Easy access to chats
• Users can add profile picture and crop or rotate it as well

Implementation Highlights:

The backend is wrote in express and mongoDB and hosted in render

• User passwords are hashed before storing to database

• Jwt token for authorising

• Cloudinary for storing images

• Socket.IO for realtime communication,typing indicators and online status indicators
