mysql++ is failing due to the deprecation of mysql_kill() and mysql_refresh() in 8.3.0 - https://dev.mysql.com/doc/relnotes/mysql/8.3/en/news-8-3-0.html
Has only had ~300 downloads in the last year, and no releases for 3 years, maybe deprecate?
