So put homebrew at eg. /homebrew and then symlink that to /foo and then brew install from /foo, the symlinks should be created inside foo.

Note that I changed the code in env.rb from "...realpath" to "...cleanpath" in my branch, and that fixed my symlink path issues...

This fix is in "brew" by this point, requesting close.

sqlite segfaults when compiled with any optimization on Tiger/PPC.
Potentially reenable when we upgrade compilers.

Fixes Homebrew#5.
