Bump boost revision so people pick up the recent patches from #27436.

What do you mean exactly?

The patches change only headers, but I'm not sure if this affects the built boost lib.

The issue people have is needing to brew reinstall boost since compiling other stuff using boost atomic failes.

Yeh, that's what I meant: does this change the outputted files. Can you link to any issues people were/are having?

Just to be clear. This PR does of course not change the output as it only bumps revision. The revision bump should have happendend when #27436 was merged. For that change, the "output" of at least the installed header files changed (for libs idk).

Reported issues I am aware of about boost not updating after the last change on brew upgrade outdated:
