chore: use abbreviations feature

Changes

• Use the abbreviations feature from Material for MkDocs
• Remove the page that listed the abbreviations

Context

Now you get a tooltip for each abbreviation in the list, that shows you what the abbreviation means. Readers won't have to check a list of abbreviations anymore.
