Target net5.0 #100
Description
in addition to the other .NET frameworks we already target. This not only mean targeting net5.0 but also running unit tests and integration tests under net5.0 as well.
A benefit of adding this new target is that we will be able to run unit tests on Ubuntu in addition to Windows.
