AAD Auth stopped to work in new version - 0.21.0

• VSCode Version: v1.30.1
• OS Version: Windows 10
• REST Client Version: v0.0.21

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add header to any Azure REST API request: "Authorization: {{$aadToken}}"
2. Run. Pop will show:
   Sign in to Azure AD with the following code (will be copied to the clipboard) to add a token to your request. Code: xxxxxxxxxxxx
3. Click [Sign in]. Nothing happens. Browser is not open. Code is not copied.

This works on same system when installing previous version 0.20.4 of REST Client.

using v0.24.5 and constantly get prompted to sign in with azure ad (still an issue), even tried v0.21.0 and have the same issue
