This PR adds custom code to override the definition of
start_inference_job_from_local_file, this is necessary given the API spec for this endpoint is actually not in line with the server's expectation.(As such the generated code matches the API spec, and not the server's expectation, leading to errors)
This is a stop gap solution while the API spec is incorrect
