Currently, the default convergence criteria is being used throughout the view and view model. If we want to allow the capability to customize convergence criteria, we'll need the control to do that from study properties, and we'll need to use only that instantiation of convergence criteria throughout. This seems like something we could leave toward the end of the FY - is not critical for the 2.0 release.

COnvergence criteria needs to be updated to match 1.4.3
