sv_somatic_cns (v1.0)

The current version v1.0 include:

1. Run Delly, Manta and SVaba on somatic mode.
2. Integrate the calls using the SURVIVOR program.
3. For each SV caller generate a VCF file passing all the filters.
4. For the consensus calls, it generate a VCF file with the integration of the sv-callers as well as a bedpe file for the mutations passing all the filters.
