When the environment variable `IBP_ANSIBLE_LOG_FILENAME` is set, use that as a path for a log file. Add a `json_log` function to the module that enables code to log a JSON object (dict) to this log file. `IBP_ANSIBLE_LOG_FILENAME=/tmp/ibp.log ansible-playbook` Signed-off-by: Simon Stone <sstone1@uk.ibm.com>
