CloudLand 1.0.0 represents the greatest milestone in CloudLand's development to date: A lightweight but fully functional IaaS platform. In addition, it also has a Red Hat OpenShift auto deployment engine that supports x86-64, KVM and z/VM on IBM LinuxONE/IBM Z.
Features of CloudLand 1.0.0:
- Linux virtual machine provision and life cycle management
- Red Hat OpenShift v4 fully self-service deployment and life cycle management
- Multi-tenancy support
- Centralized management of heterogeneous platforms (x86 and LinuxONE/IBM Z)
- High performance and scalability
- Security groups
- Software-defined Networks (experimental)
- Web console to manage your cloud environment
Key benefits: - CloudLand provides a model that is easy to install and maintain.
- This is ideal for users who just want a lightweight cloud platform with VMs and Kubernetes. It's a real low-touch solution that can be used for development, CI/CD pipeline, DevOps, and production.
