- use consistent `on:` triggers across all - remove `if:` clause that left "Skipping xyz action..." in the status checks, not sure why we were doing that rather than just limiting push builds to `main` - yamlfmt Signed-off-by: Dominic Evans <dominic.evans@uk.ibm.com>
