DS8K support and Kubernetes v1.9 support

Ubiquity 1.1.0 content:

  1. Add support for DS8K via Spectrum Connect (So the GA version will now support V-Line, A-Line and DS8K block storage systems).
  2. Support Kubernetes v1.9 (So the GA version will support 1.7\1.8 and 1.9).
  3. Alpine update version.
  4. Fix flex log noisy.
