Remove lipidome status #146

Currently, the UI does not allow processing lipidome data. This makes the "lipidome fractionation" and "total lipidome" status rather confusing.

Also, there is quite some GUI code for invisible lipidome-related elements. Will this be implemented anytime soon, or should that be removed?
