Using the IDAES examples with JupyterHub

Using Binder configuration
IDAES does not (yet) have a documented procedure to install the IDAES examples on a custom JupyterHub instance. However, Binder (mybinder.org) is essentially JupyterHub, so it should be possible to look at the Binder configuration in this repository to get an idea of the (minimal) extra steps needed to install and run IDAES.

The Binder configuration for this repository can be found on the workshop/ampc branch, in the .binder subdirectory
