Integration tests failure for Python 3.6 on Windows #93

Integration tests are currently failing for the specific combination of Python 3.6 on Windows. This not due to idaes-pse code: it's a known issue with the examples and is being tracked in IDAES/examples-pse#12.

Once that is fixed, the integration tests should pass again without any action required in the idaes-pse side (i.e. you won't need to merge in any changes into your PR).
