Added Additional R-Instat Script files into the R-Instat Script Library and also MICS Data File

Fixes partly IDEMSInternational/R-Instat#9247
I have added four new R Script which will be located in the Script Library of the R-Instat Data folder.
These scripts are
a tidy calculator r-script.R
a whole world of data.R
fun with lists.R
fun with sequences.R

And i also added the mics.RDS file which can be found in the main folder
I have also added their Date Statement to each script

a) Can you add them so they go into a new sub-directory and maybe move the existing ones there too.
b) You list 4 files, so there must be one more remaining? Can you add line plots or is there a reason you omitted that.
c) I don't think you should include MICS. People are supposed to have permission and this would make it open. But as soon as the tables in R-Instat are now finished, then remind me, so we write to the MICS people.

@rdstern I have made the changes but you have not answered my question on the script file which contains how to load the MICS data
