Description of problem

Filtering data is easy but takes time in voyager, and we have to create a controller and copy and paste a few things that aren't necessary every time.

Proposed solution

BREAD json configuration or URL parameters should be able to filter data.

With default url extra parameters, we'll add a url parameter to all actions and links if it's necessary.
