Release Description for Version 0.5
We are excited to announce the release of version 0.5 of the IGVF Single-cell Pipeline. This release has been used to process IGVF Y2+Y3 datasets
New Features
Kallisto|bustools: RNA portion of the pipeline now uses kallisto | bustools
seqspec: The pipeline now takes in input a seqspec file describing the structure of the reads and generate the correct parameters to pass to the aligners.
