Background and Summary

This pull request moves the PointSelector, ImageAPISelector and content selectors from the annex to part of the registry and updates them to use Web Annotation so they are compatiable to IIIF version 3 manifests. A context is now provided to define the terms that are used.

Once this is approved some recipes and the geo-referencing extension may need to be updated to use this new context.

Proposed Solution

Approve the moving of these selectors to the registry.
