Implement communication link statistics for cflib backend #622

Now that the CFlib has link statistics since this PR, we can implement these in Crazyswarm2 as well to get it to the same level as the c++ backend

bitcraze/crazyflie-lib-python#492

@ataffanel do you think that the setup as of now will be stable like this as API? I guess best to always do try excepts around it anyway
