Internet Explorer <= 8 only

So this is a feafure request;
openMAXIMS should run on standard browsers, not just outdated IEs (8 or lower)

So from the archived openmaxims I can see that jscn.js.gz has lots of these

document.createElement("<div class='tabbedContainerButton'>");

Which was the case with IE6 back in the day since it didnt support adding variables after element creation.
However this code works only on IE <= 8, even IE9 will complain it being invalid (Well it was nasty microsoft extension, breaking the standard)

Version 10 of openMAXIMS only supports IE8 and lower. This is the version that is currently available on GitHub

Version 11 of openMAXIMS supports IE11 and lower. This version is currently being tested by some customers sites and will be released later this year.

Version 11, would that include support for other browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) aswell or just IE?

If this is an open source project, why are we waiting for 'improvements' to be 'published'? They should already be here, in this repo.

@Secronz @robdyke @kakoni I'm sure you agree, this is NOT how an open source project is run.

IMS has gained significantly in the UK Healthcare IT marketplace by touting its open source credentials, however, there has still, to date, been no reported successful fully working build of openMAXIMS outside of an IMS MAXIMS supported instance. I'm afraid we need to call time on this flagrant open-washing.
