Postgres 17 is out
Flyway as of version 10 no longer requires a paid subscription to support older versions of Postgres.
The PostgreSQL JDBC driver already aims to be as backwards-compatible as possible.
Once Flyway adds Postgres 17 support, let's bump the JDBC driver and FlyWay versions to allow installations greater flexibility of Postgres version, newer and older.
