Depositor name prepopulated in 'wrong' order

Follow-up to #259: I noticed the Depositor name is prepopulated in "FirstName LastName" form, whereas the hover text asks for "LastName, FirstName". I don't really mind, though it is counter intuitive.

(What if a person has a name that doesn't follow the first name and last name structure, by the way?)

@posixeleni and I just took a look. Definitely a bug. Prepopulated with "Pete Privileged" but the hover text says "The person (Family Name, Given Name) or the name of the organization that deposited this Dataset to the repository." Good catch, @bencomp!

For the sake of consistency the Depositor name should display like the Author Name does, which would be Family Name, Given Name but it is displaying as GivenName FamilyName.
