As a muon scientist I want to be able to control the power features of the Litron Laser.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Using the IBEX client, I can control the Litron Laser power features
  2. Using genie_python, I can control the Litron Laser power features

Notes

  1. Check the HIFI Instrument wiki.
  2. Click Litron Lasers to visit the manufacturer's web-site.
  3. The IOC & OPI must offer functionality equivalent to the existing VI (located here: C:\LabVIEW Modules\Instruments\HIFI\HIFI Laser Power).
  4. See HIFI: Investigate Litron Laser  #6089 (comment) for some more information on this

If this is tested an working then create task or new ticket to test this on the hardware. This is needed for next release so dont want to leave it sitting in rework or review waiting for me to come back from annual leave, so if needs changes I suggest putting it back in ready with the expectation that someone else can pick it up.
