System tests

Once #10 and #9 are complete, it would make sense to start adding system tests for our bluesky functionality.

This could use the existing system_tests framework (once ISISComputingGroup/IBEX#8453 is merged).

Acceptance criteria

• System tests added which run plans against IBEX blocks (pointing at recsim iocs) and DAE in sim mode.
  • Try to cover at least a few "realistic" use cases
• demo_plan removed (it is effectively a "manual" system test, no longer required once we have some real system tests)

Might need to have one or two manual system tests - for things like plotting so that a human checks the plot displays "sensibly", and as plans that developers can "conveniently" run on their machines to test new functionality.
