suggest: add disclaimer to InChI trust's test pad

If accessing the test page initiates a local instance of InChI/RInChI in the web browser to then process input data only in the user's computer, then add a disclaimer to the web site.

Hopefully someone with more experience in marketing than I can improve the wording:

This page runs the InChI applications in your web browser: while initial load may cause a short delay, all data is processed locally and not transmitted outside the browser.
