About The Pull Request
Adds the Sol Patrol cap and Sol Police Helmet as alternatives to the sol police hat and the regular helmet. These can be bought in the security vendor.
Also replaces the redsec helmets in
/datum/supply_pack/security/helmets_skyrat with the sol police helmet at the request of junglerat.
