My Incidents

This is a quick attempt to add a my incidents view. (see #255)

Though, in it's current stage its implementation is questionable:

• The controller code is nearly identical
  • Shouldn't this be a feature of the default incidents controller? (i.e. a toggle to only show my incidents)
• Could also be still a tab, but what about filter preservation?
  • Should this be a thing? (i.e. Filters apply to the default incidents and the my incidents view, changing tabs does not reset filters)
