[Combo] label is positioned incorrectly

The label of the IgxCombo is positioned in the upper left corner of the component.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the dev samples -->http://localhost:4200/combo
2. Observe the label

Result

The label is in the upper left corner of the component.

Expected result

Label should be placed in the input in the same way as placeholder is shown.
