Can not navigate with Arrow Keys in the calendar #5895

Steps to reproduce
- Open Calendar dev samples In IE11
- Click on a date and press arrow key
- Press arrow key again
Result
No date is focused.
Expected result
The focus should be moved accordingly the pressed arrow key.
