RepeatCatalogs-v1.0.0

This is the first official release of genome-wide STR catalog. We provides a single STR catalog with 174,293 STRs in total including both polymorphic STRs and pathogenic STRs. Population distribution in 2,504 1000 genome samples are also included. The catalog also recovers most of known functional STRs including pathogenic STRs and expression-associated STRs.
