Currently, the Reviews and Blog section cards on the Home page are static and lack interactivity. Adding smooth hover effects would improve user engagement, visual appeal, and indicate that the cards are clickable or contain interactive content.

Describe the solution you'd like

When a user hovers over a Review or Blog card:

The card should slightly scale up or elevate with a shadow effect.

The background or border color may subtly change to highlight interactivity.

Cursor should change to a pointer to indicate clickability.

Text or image overlay animations (e.g., fade-in effect) can enhance engagement.
