Rationale for this change
The Terms and Conditions page previously lacked consistent navigation and footer sections, resulting in a disconnected user experience.
This change introduces a styled, responsive navbar and footer to maintain design consistency across the site and improve usability.
What changes are included in this PR?
Added a new responsive navbar with brand name and navigation links.
Implemented a footer with social media icons and copyright text.
Applied consistent Tailwind CSS styling for a clean and modern look.
Integrated navbar and footer components into the Terms and Conditions page layout.

Manually tested for responsiveness on desktop and mobile screens.
Verified navigation links and footer elements render correctly.
