A modified version with little tricks

Description of the change

Proposes an enhanced version of the open-rproj script. It's what I use to feel like home on SSP Cloud.

Checklist

I respected the template displayed in the contributing sequence of the README
I made sure the header of the script describes what the it does
I precised parameters if needed
I commented my code where necessary

Additional Notes

I can avoid the little jokes if you prefer next time.
