Review names for alpaca artifacts #346

The alpaca artifacts all use the islandora-* naming convention. (The groupId is ca.islandora). It seems that claw-* or alpaca-* would be a better way to name these modules. That way, other islandora-related artifacts that go to maven central can be more easily distinguished.

I was thinking this same thing a week or so ago, and didn't know if would be ok or not. But, we have consensus, let's rename them!
