When deleting a "collection" how do we allow for people to either

  1. delete all objects in that collection
    or
  2. not deleting the objects inside the collection.

Same recursive delete issue we have in Islandora 7.x-1.x

We need to write this as a use case: As a repository manager, I need the ability to delete all members of the collection when we delete the collection, as well as deleting the grandchildren members of collections to support the expected behaviour which is: when I delete a collection, I want to be able to delete everything in the collection.
