Meta-Issue: OCR Derivatives

This is a meta issue to track the development of OCR derivative generation features. Please like any subsequent issues to this issue to link them.

We've had Hypercube in Crayfish pretty much since the beginning, but it's never been wired up to the rest of the system. It's about time we started putting it to use.

The microservice is finished, but we'll still need to

• Emit derivative events in Drupal to trigger OCR generation
• Listen to the queue with a camel listener, issue a request to Hypercube, and store the results in the repository

How do we prioritize these issues here? Is there a way?

@bseeger When I'm done dumping them all in, I'll set up a Github project for the roadmap. Then I'll set up a team for the TAG in Github and give you guys the ability to re-order them on the kanban board.
