Add greenfield to glossary and add Batch Loading to menu.

Purpose / why

During the Community Onboarding session at IslandoraCon 2023, we discussed how the term "Batch Loading" needs to have higher priority as not all bulk ingests are migrations from previous systems. We also realized "Greenfield" needed to be defined as it's a frequently used term of art that not everyone knows.
