Per the Contributing Workflow for i8, Travis failing should not act as a blocker for a simple documentation change. Travis is failing for other, somewhat intractable reasons, so any potential reviewers out there, please don't be discouraged by the ❌ |

What does this Pull Request do?
Fixes a link in the readme to point to a working landing spot for Installation documentation. It looks like this got broken when the installation docs were expanded to multiple pages a while back.
How should this be tested?
Verify that the new link points somewhere useful.
