Hi, thanks for the PR! I believe there were more changes to the settings file than the default one so I'll take a look and review this before merging it. |

use_default_settings: true, SearXNG relies on the default settings in the Docker image, so the settings.yml file here can only define the relevant parts for the project.The setting for the default language is removed since the code explicitly define
enAFIU.
