Allow port changing

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Port 3000 is fairly common for a "unused" port.

Describe the solution you'd like
Take the port from a config file.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Accepting I can't change the port of this app easily and just change everything else that uses it. I know how to change it in the source and can build a personal version myself, and but I feel like it may just be a better idea to make it an option for everyone to use who downloads this.

Additional context
While it's not a priority, it's not something I think should be ignored as an option to have.
