Inofficial LaTeX template with a cover inspired by the new TUM Corporate Design adapted for the University of Bamberg - i.e. minimalistic typography with sans-serif Helvetica font. The default serif font for the content part is Palatino, with a slightly wider column width than the vanilla LaTeX book class. For theses, seminars, homeworks etc. at the University of Bamberg.
In addition to the original version by Michael Grupp this modified version includes the University of Bamberg logos and colors (titlepage font), the option to use a beautifully formatted poem page, and more relevant LaTeX examples.
Download the template folder via...
- the .zip file from GitHub (green download button)
- or
git clone
- open the main file (default name is
UoB_Thesis_Template.tex) - fill the placeholders with your own personal data
- set the "quick settings" in the main document
- if required, adapt the
settings.texfile (e.g. additional packages or margins) - add your own chapters
- tables can be easily created using tablesgenerator (choose booktabs table style)
- beautiful Neural Network achitecture visualisations with PlotNeuralNet
- matplotlib (and seaborn) are able to render LaTeX fonts (use pdf as output)
This LaTeX template uses the WTFPL license - do whatever you want with it :)
