Get production version running, where given an input of entrez gene ids a table is generated and downloadable as csv file.
The table should include

• gene names as they appear in the text,
• the preferred gene names according to the respective top homology atids
• entrez gene IDs that was matched
• pubmed and/or pmc IDs
