default opening of the search panel upon new launch

With the latest alpha, the Web search and Search panels open at the left of the screen on every launch of the program.

This is new behaviour and not desired (by me). I'd like to be able to control whether this happens or not, or else to have JR remember my display settings from one session to another.

@wujastyk When JabRef is started, the Web Search pane is initially open. If the application is then closed and restarted without changing anything, the Web Search pane appears open again. However, if the Web Search pane is explicitly closed before exiting JabRef, then after restarting the application the Web Search pane remains closed

so, it is working as your requirement?
