Group tree not saved

JabRef jar, version 4.0.0-dev, as of June 29th '17, on Debian 8.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. create a new library
2. create some static groups and subgroups, put some entries into them
3. save and reopen library. The group tree is gone.

The individual entries in the .bib file do retain the 'groups = {abc}' lines, but the bib file contains no information about the group tree.
