Enables gradlew run at JDK13.

I have Java13 running locally. With plain null, it does not compile, because the new method signature also allows a Map here. Java 12 does not. So Map.of() does not help.

Why do you disable gradle build scan? not compatible anylonger?

I'm not sure if we should really upgrade to yet another beta/release candidate software. I would prefer if we could go back to our "stable-versions" policy, at least where possible.
So what are the advantages of using Gradle 6? As far as I remember, there were also other blockers that didn't allowed us to use Java 13 for JabRef at the moment.

I will update the PR as soon as Gradle 6 is released. If someone updates to Java13, the build system is prepared.

Frozen until November, 19th, where Gradle 6.0 will be released.
